Waiora- What is Happening to Liquid Zeolite Product?
Last month Waiora announced that they were moving to a manufacturer so they could 'ramp up production'. I understand the first batch from the new manufacturer went out to customers on around October 11th, 2011. Calls started to come in that the bottle tips were clogging, and people were noticing a change in color and taste.
Waiora responded by having a call where they explained (in part) that they have had many issues over the years with clogging bottle nozzles, Natural Cellular Defense turning brown, NCD liquid zeolite that had a 'mouth feel". They made a big announcement that they would be changing the dropper bottles to brown glass bottles with a squeeze dropper. The problem is, many customers of Waiora's Natural Cellular Defense do not get on to listen to those conference calls if they aren't selling product to other people, so naturally they are wondering why a product that used to be nearly clear, and have no taste, odor or mouth feel would now all of a sudden have a 'mouth feel. Is it thicker? Are they using different zeolite? Did they add something that wasn't in it before?
People are heading to the internet in droves as Natural Cellular Defense is being shipped from the new manufacturer. They are all asking similar questions. Here are some of the questions people are asking Google:
- Does Waiora have a new formula?
- Waiora nozzle clogging
- why is NCD different
- new formula zeolite waiora
- waiora clogged dropper inserts
I wonder how the company is answering these questions?
Why is Natural Cellular Defense different?
A lot of people seem to be asking that question. The way people are describing it sounds like it could be different than the formula that was tested earlier in the year. Zeolite Tested. I am willing to bet that they are adding a correct amount of zeolite to the bottles now because previous bottles were tested.
