NCD Wellness and Jim Flowers

NCD Wellness- Where did they go?

It seems like the hooplah around the NCD Wellness launch has died down. The only thing I have heard lately is "WHERE IS MY MONEY" from hundreds of would-be distributors who received no products and no commissions.

So where DID the money go anyway?

Let's back up a bit. NCD Wellness has been plagued with difficulties from the beginning. According to people "at the top", the zeolite products were shipped, but must have been "stolen" by a postal worker with an overwhelming desire to detox, because it seems the product just "pouf" disappeared. On top of that, most of my contacts claim they haven't receive any refunds. Many have done charge backs, but those who did not heed my advice to immediately request a charge back from their credit card companies, they are still holding on, hoping that they will get a refund.

Here is what NCD Wellness people said about the product disappearance…

Here is what we think happened…

We sent out over 1,000 packages containing 270,000+ stick packs and 650 Urine Kits. The packages left our facility but they never showed up at the post office in Greensboro. We have tracking numbers for all of them but not one of them was ever scanned in. At first we didn’t think much of it hoping that the shipments would just arrive at their final destinations.

But then our shipping manager who drove the truck to the post office disappeared and is nowhere to be found at the moment. At this point we are assuming that someone got to him (possibly a competitor wanting us to fail) and we think all of the product is sitting somewhere but we have no idea how to track it down.

What is C.R.A.Z.Y. about this is that many people believed it. (James Bond anyone??)

They also claim that Russ Medlin, Matt Goettsche and a bunch of others, including Matt Goettsche, flew to South Carolina to help the company move into their big new facility.

Our New Facility…

After the first original order was complete, we moved everything into a brand new 25,000 sq ft. facility in Hillsborough NC. This move is not an easy move, we are not just moving a bunch of phones and desks into a new office building. We are doing EVERYTHING in this new facility.

This includes formulation, manufacturing, analytics, shipping and fulfillment all under one roof. We don’t know any other network marketing companies (especially at this stage) that have everything under one roof and do not rely on any outside sources.

See the cached version, since the site is down.

**ATTENTION** NCD.com has been suspended due to non payment for hosting. If you have questions please contact NCD Wellnesceuticals LTD

The NCD.com website is DOWN. When I checked yesterday the big notice said they were shut down due to NON-PAYMENT. Now, however, all the content is gone, and there is a generic note saying they are "experiencing technical difficulties with our host server and are having issues relaunchinging the website".

In the meantime,  what about the owner, Jim Flowers. Well if you do a little searching you will find that his home was foreclosed and taken over by the bank in December, James-Flowers-Foreclosure.pdf  (you can find this document by searching here http://web.co.orange.nc.us/webinquiry/) and his business address which used to be at 505 Meadowland Dr Ste 105, SC, is now mysteriously moved… (oh right … to a 25,000 sq ft facility in Hillsborough).

So we might ask again…. NCD Wellness… where did all the money go that you collected from hundreds (maybe thousands?) of distributors over the past months?

If any of you are tired of waiting, I recommend you contact the South Carolina Attorney General. The Attorney General prioritizes, so everyone needs to do their part. The more people complain, the more they will realize how wide spread this scam is and investigate.

Now let us look at the Waiora spin-offs… ZUS02, NCD Welness, Touchstone Essentials, … does anyone really still believe that anything good has come out of the Waiora cess pool? "The Bad Inside"… it just keeps spreading.

Study Focuses on Detoxifying Lead With Zeolite

Zeolite detoxifies leadIncreasing focus on zeolite (clinoptilolite) in studies could mean development of drugs using this beneficial mineral. It is exciting to see scientists focusing effort on zeolite studies. On the other hand, the mention of viability for a new drug raises concerns of FDA involvement in the zeolite industry.

In the meantime, let us enjoy the validation of what we already know to be true. Zeolite detoxifies heavy metals.

In particular, this study shows that zeolite removes lead from liver, kidney, bones and stool. This is the first time I have noticed bone mentioned, and is very exciting to me given that many heavy metals sequester in the bone.

Modified Natural Clinoptilolite Detoxifies Small Mammal's Organism Loaded with Lead I. Lead Disposition and Kinetic Model for Lead Bioaccumulation.

Source: PubMed

Abstract

Zeolites, especially clinoptilolites, have wide application in removing heavy metals from different solutions and wastewater. The detoxification capacity of the clinoptilolite sorbent KLS-10-MA, a modified natural Bulgarian zeolite, applied as a food supplement in conditions of an ecotoxicological experiment with conventional food and lead was demonstrated for the first time.

Laboratory mice, inbred imprinting control region strain, were used in a 90-day ecotoxicological experiment. Animals were divided into four experimental groups. Lead bioaccumulations in exposed and non-supplemented/supplemented with KLS-10-MA animals were compared. As additional control, healthy animals non-exposed to Pb were fed with conventional forage mixed with 12.5% KLS-10-MA.

The dietary inclusion of the sorbent reduced Pb (lead) concentrations in exposed and supplemented mice by 84%, 89%, 91%, 77%, and 88% in carcass, liver, kidneys, bones, and feces, respectively. A mathematical model was proposed to outline the common trends of bone Pb bioaccumulation in exposed and non-supplemented/supplemented animals. Characteristic parameters of the kinetics of Pb concentrations were determined. Based on the model, the coefficient of absorption of Pb by gastrointestinal mucosa in the supplemented mice was found-η = 3.53% (versus η = 15% in non-supplemented ones).

The present study clearly indicates that there is a realistic perspective to create a new drug based on modified natural clinoptilolites in cases of chronic heavy metal intoxication, without negatively affecting the environment.

Jim Flowers and the NCD Wellness Train Wreck

NCD Wellness Circling The Drain

NCD Wellness D-Lite3Back in the fall of 2011 I told you about a new MLM zeolite company that was launching. They called themselves NCD Wellness or NCD Wellnesceuticals and was (is) owned by Jim Flowers, and a couple of other people who have decided not to name themselves. Now Jim Flowers was the manufacturer of Waiora's NCD (Natural Cellular Defense) product, along with his cousin Rik Deitsch at the time when tests of the product showed hundreds of times less zeolite in a bottle than was listed on the label. For many years that product was produced by these guys, and nearly 4 million bottles of it were sold, according to company literature.

NCD Wellness was supposed to have a huge launch in January, and there was a lot of excitement around this new zeolite product that Jim had (supposedly) engineered. So many people jumped on board, ignoring a track record, and all the red flags that were waving. Some people sent thousands of dollars to Flowers, according to my sources, in the hopes of making huge money by luring others into the scheme.

Then it all started falling apart. Nobody got product! Almost all of the people that sent money to NCD Wellness received nothing in return. No one has received product! That new D-Lite3 product you have heard so much about has "apparently" not been delivered.

My sources tell me that people are doing chargebacks with their banks. The company is urging people not to do a chargeback, but to request a refund instead, but you need to be very careful with this. You only have a window of time in order to request a chargeback with your bank. If you request a refund, and that refund is delayed, then the opportunit to file a complaint with your credit card company could be past.

It has also been rumored that commissions have not been paid, and that NCD Wellness distributors are leaving in droves.

The Waiora poison spreads……. the shame of all of this is that good people get caught up in these webs, losing money,  losing faith, losing trust. In the meantime, I wonder… where has the money gone?

Waiora Diamond’s Review of Touchstone Essentials

Korey Johnson, Waiora Diamond, Reviews Touchstone Essentials Pure Body Zeolite Product

A new company called Touchstone Essentials has emerged on the scene, as some of you may know. Touchstone is headed up by former Waiora owner/co-founder Eddie Stone, and it is no surprise that one of their first products is a zeolite product.

Waiora members are feeling a little threatened by this new start up. Especially in view of the fact that Eddie has attracted one of Waiora's top leaders to head up his sales force, and several of Waiora's support staff.

Watch as Korey Johnson "reviews" Touchstone's zeolite, and read on for my observations.

You know what that thick pasty stuff is Korey? It's ZEOLITE! No I'm NOT joshin' you. That's zeolite in that bottle, mixed in water!

You have been taking "zeolite" for how long?

Is anyone surprised that one of Waiora's top salespeople doesn't know what zeolite looks like when you mix it in water? Could that be because they have never HAD any zeolite mixed in water to try? 8 years, 4 million bottles sold, and Waiora's top sales leaders have never actually tasted zeolite mixed in water. I bet I am not the only person who wonders what's in a bottle of NCD.

I also think it is interesting that Waiora is so keen to do testing now.  Why the sudden interest in testing?

Seriously people, joking aside, Touchstone Essentials' product may be a good one. I don't know, because unlike Waiora, I haven't tested it. I am also not one to say I have had something tested  when I haven't. However, the Touchstone Essentials zeolite product has 3 grams of zeolite powder in less than an ounce of water. That is sure to make a nice thick substance.

I can't imagine why someone would spend $30 on 3 grams of zeolite powder mixed into a little wee bit of water to make a zeolite glue, when you can get 400 grams of what might very well be the best zeolite powder available to North America, for less than $60.

3 grams = $30 or 400 grams = $60

If you like the math, read more in my "Buy Zeolite" article.

Zeolite- Why We Need It

Everyone Needs Zeolite There is a reason that we need zeolite, and the reason is not pretty. Thousands of new chemicals and toxins have been developed and released with very little, if ANY, studies on human health. Hundreds of new chemicals are released every year. These chemicals all eventually make their way around the world.

Everyone Needs Zeolite

There is a reason that we need zeolite, and the reason is not pretty. Thousands of new chemicals and toxins have been developed and released with very little, if ANY, studies on human health. Hundreds of new chemicals are released every year. These chemicals all eventually make their way around the world.

They end up in the food we eat, and I am not just talking about herbicides and pesticides, and other things that farmers purposefully put on our fruits and vegetables, and growth hormones and antibiotics that they feed to cows and pigs and chickens that we then eat. What about the radiation from known disasters like the one in Fukushima (and the many unknown ones). What about factories that belch toxic gases and heavy metals and the chemical by-products of industry that then lands in our fields and streams.

They also inevitably end up in our soil, in our water supply, and in the air we breathe. We end up with lung problems, cancers, neurological diseases like MS, and any number of other diseases and illnesses that are on the rise.

The pollution of the earth is one thing. While we can all do our part, we can not really impact the pollution situation today.

The pollution inside our bodies is another. We most definitely can, and should, do something to clean our internal environment. Doctors may tell you that you do npt need to detoxify. They may very well tell you that the job of our livers and kidneys is to do that, but we know that is only a part answer. The filtration system we were born with has not evolved, and can not possibly evolve, fast enough to handle all the new chemicals and toxins released every year.

If you want to stay healthy, you do indeed need zeolite

White Paper Madness- The Fraud Continues

How do you cover up a fraud? With MORE FRAUD!

The NCD SCAM continues.

Do you remember my Article "Where Are Those Clinical Trials Anyway?" I wrote it because Waiora had been claiming for years that they were the only zeolite company that had clinical trials done on their product Natural Cellular Defense. At one time, they claimed there were 14 clinical trials done on the product including "The Coal Miner's Study". This study is one of the ones spoken about quite frequently.

So recently, Rik Deitsch, BS has been making some noise that clinical studies are really really hard to get published. (because, you know, like, the journals actually expect real science, and stuff!) So Waiora is starting to publish the "studies" in "White Paper" form.

They even have them posted at their official NCD Support website. They even posted the links on their facebook page.

So what is so special about the "white papers" that perpetuates the liquid zeolite scam?

Well let me show you. Here is the "White Paper" recently (Feb 17th 2012) posted on Waiora's site. It has been lovingly referred to, by RD, as "The Coal Miner's Study". If you Google it, you will find it referenced all over the internet for many years by many Waiora distributors. Supplementation-with-Activated-Zeolite-Suspension-helps-remove-heavy-metals-_wv-coal-miner-study_-1

Yes and I know many people are scratching their head and wondering what the point is. Well as I was reading it, it just didn't sound right to me. It felt familiar, but I am pretty sure I had never read this paper before…. or HAD I?

Here is the abstract from the "Dove Press" clinical trial. A different study, using different groups, different methodology, and different people. http://www.dovepress.com/clinical-evidence-supporting-the-use-of-an-activated-clinoptilolite-su-peer-reviewed-article-NDS

The first thing that is BLATANTLY obvious is that one is a copy-paste of the other! 2 different studies, with the exact same words!!  The entire document is a 4 paragraph pathetic word-for-word lift off!  A few sentences changed minimally.

Second, notice in the Dove Press study the line I have hi-lighted? Scroll up to the Coal Miners Study. You will see the exact line

Participants in both groups had increased concentrations of heavy metals in the urine with the peak excretion at around day 4.

FOLLOWED BY

For those on the ACS, the excretion levels went up 9 fold over baseline within a week and stayed that way for the entire time of the study. For the placebo subjects, there was no change from baseline excretion.

CAUGHT!!  Rik Deitsch BS changed the "outcome" by saying the zeolite group had increased excretion, and the placebo group had none, BUT forgot to take out the sentence saying both groups had results (in the Dove Press study, supposedly both groups got zeolite). In the coal miner study ONLY ONE GROUP (supposedly) GOT ZEOLITE! The control group got a placebo.

Honestly, it's not that hard to fake a clinical trial today. If all you need is 4 paragraphs thrown together into a PDF, why not throw five dollars at some outsourcer in India and get a flipping article written?! No… that's too hard. Instead you are going to plagiarize Jim Flowers' Dove Press Study?

Someone should tell Stan Cherelstein he needs to proof read the papers that have Waiora's name on them.  Rik Deitsch's "White Papers" should be cut into squares, wrapped around a cardboard roll and sold to Cottonelle.

As new zeolite products arrive in the industry, including Jim Flowers' new NCD Wellness D-lite 3 product and Eddie Stone's new zeolite product called "Pure Body" (Touchstone Essentials) I will learn about them and report objectively.

If you want to get the 'scoop' directly, rather than through someone else's 'filter', why not register for my ebook and newsletter. I have a reputation for finding the truth. That is why leaders continue to use my material to educate people on the zeolite industry.

You can join the thousands who are already kept up to date by visiting http://www.theliquidzeolitebook.com/#register As an added bonus, you will get my free ebook, which has quickly become an authority resource on zeolite.

Thanks for visiting,

Is Zeolite Powder Micronized Small Enough To Be “Systemic”?

Those of us who promoted a certain liquid zeolite product for many years were told by Rik Deitsch that zeolite powders were only good for intestinal cleansing. The reason that was given was that they were "coarse granular powders" that were not micronized small enough to be systemic. The zeolite in Waiora's NCD was always claimed to be "less than 5 microns".

There are 2 problems with that statement. The first is that liquid zeolite is simply little bits of powder zeolite mixed in water. Adding to water does not make it smaller, so therefore if the powder is not small enough, neither will it be when it is added to liquid. Secondly, making a mineral smaller is not very hard. You want a smaller particle? Well grind it smaller.

Below is the micronization report for Zeohealth's Zeolite Pure powder (visit site)

As you can see in the left column under 'percentiles' 99% of the particles are under 4.90 microns and 90% of the particles are below 3 microns.

Yes there are some zeolite powders on the market that are micronized to a small enough size that they could be systemic, despite what you may have been told. That is good news when you consider that there are 88 scoops in a canister and 5000 mg of zeolite per scoop of powder, and only 2400 mg in an entire bottle of NCD.

How To Join The Class Action Against Waiora

A lawsuit has been leveled at nutritional supplement maker Waiora. If you have purchased Waiora's Natural Cellular Defense at any time up to October 2011 you may be interested in this issue.

I have received a number of emails requesting information on how to become part of the class that is suing Waiora. I don't have that information personally. In fact I don't have any information outside of what was in the complaint.

The best thing to do would be to contact the attorney on his website. He has a contact page there.

Radiation Protection and Zeolite

Radiation Protection and Zeolite

zeolite and radiationRadiation protection is becoming a big topic in wellness circles. Especially as governments look closer at nuclear power as a greener option to our reliance on fossil fuels. With nuclear power comes a risk of dangerous radiation accidents such as occurred after the Japan earthquake and tsunami in early 2011.

Can a little known porous crystal called zeolite help you in a nuclear crisis?

A unique crystalline substance, pretty much unknown outside of scientific circles, and niche interest groups, could see a gain in popularity as nuclear fall out or radiation sickness becomes a concern. This substance, known as zeolite, has some unique properties that make it a viable aid in ridding the body of radiation once exposed. Radiation detox cold be a primary use for this substance.

Zeolites are naturally formed volcanic minerals with some very unique characteristics. They have a honeycomb-like framework of cavities and channels (often referred to as cages). The zeolite is one of the few negatively charged minerals in nature. These molecules behave like magnets, drawing heavy metals and radioactive particles to them, capturing them inside a molecular cage.

There are around 45 naturally occurring zeolites and over 100 man -made zeolites. There are also three different classes of zeolites with varying molecular chemical structures:

• Chain-like structures whose minerals needle-like, prism shaped crystals as found in asbestos.

• Framework structures where the crystal shapes are more equal in dimensions as found in chabazite.

• Sheet-like flattened structures as found in clinoptilolite.

Zeolite Uses

Zeolites have been used in practice in many industrial applications in the past, and more recently as a dietary supplement due to its extraordinary ability for trapping, heavy metals and toxins.

The actual Clinoptilolite Zeolite molecule is shaped like a honey- comb and has a natural negative (-) charge. When this type of Zeolite is ingested into the body many of the positively charged (+) heavy metals, toxins, and harmful chemicals such as nitrosamines bond with the zeolite and are flushed out through the urine within 6-8 hours.

How does this translate into something practical when faced with a potential nuclear fallout?

The zeolite molecules, acting like a magnet with a negative charge, grab on to the radioactive particles which have a positive charge. This means that if you have ingested or absorbed radioactive particles, the zeolite can be ingested and potentially find and grab on to those particles and remove them safely through excretion.

Does zeolite work? Absolutely, zeolite has been scattered on radioactive spills to aid in clean up, and zeolite has been given to people orally to help internally. In fact, during the aftermath of the most famous nuclear disaster of all time at Chernobyl, zeolite was given to children and adults who had been exposed to radioactive particulate.

There are a number of zeolite products for ingestion available on the market in powder, capsule and suspension form. Although I have my preference, and have the knowledge and resources to have planned ahead, that may not be the case in crisis.

If you are reading this and you have time to plan, then study zeolite to make sure you are getting the best product available. If you do not have any time, then scour natural food or health stores, or head online to order any and as much zeolite dietary supplement as you can. Using zeolite along with iodine could very well mean the difference between sickness and relative health, for people who survive a nuclear accident.

Zeolite is emerging as an excellent radiation protection agent.
